Sleeping bags and other warming resources are essential to surviving the winter homeless on the Oregon coast, as nighttime temperatures can dip below 30 degrees Fahrenheit. Sleeping bags can prevent discomfort, illness, even death during the chilly winter months.
Sleeping bags donated before October 7th will be distributed at Project Homeless Connect 2010 which serves aproximately 150 a year.
$12 cash donation can buy a sub zero temperature sleeping bag!
